Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer these products at significant discounts, which is why they are non-refundable. Please check the product description before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing or fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, submit a photo of the damage to shopsaladshop@gmail.com or call us at (954) 775-0713. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in an unresolved claim.

Store Credit Returns

Items marked “Return for Store Credit” can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Here’s how it works:

  • We provide a free return shipping label.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item in our warehouse, we’ll issue store credit to your account.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refund-Eligible Items

Certain premium collections (e.g., The Iconic Collection, Watches) may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unopened in its original manufacturer packaging.

  2. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Refund windows vary (7, 14, or 30 days) as specified on the product page.
